Warranty
Comprehensive warranty for confidence on every mile
Every new Changan comes with a 7-year or 100,000-mile manufacturer warranty (whichever comes first), from the date of first registration. The high-voltage battery is covered for 8 years or 124,000 miles. During the warranty period, Changan UK covers the labour and material costs of approved warranty repairs completed by an authorised Changan dealership, including Changan Heathrow.
Using the correct oils, fluids and genuine Changan parts helps protect performance and warranty cover. If you notice anything unusual, book a Changan inspection with us early so it can be checked properly.

Roadside assistance
Because every journey matters
Every Changan comes with 2 years' complimentary roadside assistance from the date of registration. Complete the vehicle's second-year Changan service at an authorised Changan dealership, including Changan Heathrow, and a complimentary third year is added.
Cover is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, across the UK and Europe for UK-registered vehicles. If the car cannot be repaired at the roadside, recovery is arranged to the nearest authorised Changan dealership. Onward travel support is available if you need to continue your journey.
